Full-Time Police Chief Position in Paullina, Iowa

Welcome to the City of Paullina, a vibrant community located in the northwest region of Iowa. We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our law enforcement team as a full-time Police Chief. Our city, with a population of 968, values safety, security, and community engagement. The successful candidate will meet the education and training requirements set forth by the Iowa Law Enforcement Academy (ILEA) and will be able to obtain ILEA certification within one year of appointment.

As a member of the Paullina Police Department, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of committed professionals dedicated to maintaining law and order in our community. We prefer candidates with at least one year of law enforcement experience, and ILEA certification is highly desirable. Your role will also include developing strategies to enhance public safety, fostering community relationships, and upholding the laws in a fair and impartial manner.
