Welcome to the 41st Annual Sacred Heart Church Street Dance, proudly hosted by Good Shepherd Catholic Parish in Templeton, Iowa! Join us at the Templeton Ball Park for an unforgettable evening filled with fun, food, and festivities for the whole family. Our beloved community event brings together friends, neighbors, and visitors to celebrate summer with a vibrant mix of activities and entertainment.
From 6 PM, kids can enjoy a variety of games designed to delight and engage, while adults can relax in our lively beer garden or savor delicious offerings from the food stand, including burgers, hot dogs, rib sandwiches, and homemade pie by the slice. The excitement continues with a thrilling raffle drawing at 10 PM, featuring over $4,000 in prizes generously donated by local businesses, including a $500 cash grand prize.
As the sun sets, the energy rises with live music from a professional DJ, keeping the dance floor alive from 8 PM until midnight. Don’t miss our ever-popular bingo session from 7 to 9 PM, where everyone has a chance to win and share in the fun. The evening culminates in a spectacular fireworks display, lighting up the Templeton sky and creating memories that last a lifetime.
