We are currently hiring for the positions of Shift Operator and Maintenance Technician. Both roles are integral to the smooth operation of our ethanol production facility. As a Shift Operator, you will be responsible for learning and implementing new procedures in the ethanol industry, with comprehensive on-the-job training provided. Prior experience in an ethanol plant is preferred but not required, making this an excellent opportunity for those looking to start or advance their career in industrial operations. The position offers a rotating 12-hour shift schedule, a $5.00/hr shift differential for night shifts, and a starting wage of $23 per hour.

Our Maintenance Technicians play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our plant equipment. Candidates with experience in industrial electrical systems, instrumentation, PLCs, motors, welding, and general mechanical maintenance are encouraged to apply. While previous experience is beneficial, we are committed to providing extensive training to the right candidates.
