Foreman Job Opening – Sioux Center, Iowa

Join Sioux County Roads Department as a Foreman at the Sioux Center Shop and play a key leadership role in maintaining and improving the essential infrastructure that keeps our community connected. As a Foreman, you’ll manage the Sioux Center Crew and ensure the successful execution of a wide variety of road maintenance activities. Your day-to-day responsibilities will range from overseeing road grading projects, coordinating equipment operations, and fostering a strong working environment, to communicating directly with the public and ensuring their safety on the roads. The position requires a hands-on leader with experience in road maintenance and a valid Class A CDL.
