New Homestead Low Rent Housing Agency is now hiring a part-time Assistant to the Executive Director, offering 25 to 30 hours per week with flexible daytime hours Monday through Friday. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong administrative and communication skills who are looking to make a difference in their community through public housing management.
In this role, you will work directly alongside the Executive Director, assisting with daily operations, property management, budgeting and finance, policies and procedures, and maintenance oversight for public housing units. We are looking for candidates who are detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities in a professional environment. While accounting experience is preferred, it is not required — we welcome applicants who are eager to learn and grow within our organization.
