As an Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for a wide range of road maintenance and repair tasks. Your daily duties will include operating and maintaining heavy equipment and trucks (Class A CDL required), maintaining a gravel road blading district, hauling gravel to stockpiles and roads, plowing snow on both paved and gravel roads, and performing ditch cleaning and grading projects. Building strong working relationships with your team and the community is essential to our mission of providing safe and efficient roadways.
