We are now hiring for the position of Behavioral Health Interventions Services (BHIS) Worker in Orange City, Iowa. Our organization is dedicated to delivering exceptional support to children and families throughout Sioux, Lyon, Osceola, O’Brien, and Plymouth Counties. As part of our mission, we strive to strengthen families and promote long-term stability through skill-based counseling and family-oriented services.

As a BHIS Worker, you’ll play a critical role by delivering interventions designed to reduce behavioral health symptoms, foster communication, and teach essential life skills in both individual and family settings. The work you do will focus on improving conflict resolution, problem-solving, coping, and relationship skills for children and their families—increasing their ability to thrive together.
We are seeking candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in social work, human services, or a related field. Prior experience working with children and families is preferred, as is the ability to travel to client homes throughout the region. Candidates should possess excellent documentation, reporting, and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently or in a collaborative setting. Adherence to ethical standards and mandatory training requirements is essential.
